TruckPro is seeking a Store Manager who will be responsible for managing the overall daily operations for our heavy-duty truck parts retail location and driveline shop with the prime purpose of increasing sales, gross margin, and overall profitability. This position is responsible for implementing succession planning, performance management and people development initiatives in the store.

Store Manager Responsibilities Include:

\n
    \n
  • Direct Inside/Counter Sales team and Account Manager/Outside Sales team while building and maintaining key customer relationships
  • \n
  • Develop and communicate financial and business performance goals for the store
  • \n
  • Manage and coach associates by engaging with Human Resources to assist with organizational structure and planning, talent management and development and employee relations issues
  • \n
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition for to develop recruiting strategy regarding external and internal recruitment needs
  • \n
  • Advise Regional Manager concerning issues related to store operations
  • \n
  • Partner with Regional Sales Manager to develop short-term and long-term sales forecast for Account Manager/Outside Sales team
  • \n
  • Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly financial requirements are completed as required; meet month-end close and cut off requirements
  • \n
  • Ensure compliance, safety and vehicle policies are followed
  • \n
  • Implement any regional and corporate change initiatives, e. implementation of new systems, compensation plans, or other policies, practices, and procedures
  • \n
  • Remain current in knowledge of all product lines
  • \n
  • Administer financial matters including inventory management, collection and disbursement of funds, etc.
  • \n
\n

  Successful Store Manager Candidates Will Have:

\n
    \n
  • 5 years of management experience to include full P&L responsibilities, inventory management, people management
  • \n
  • 2 years of experience in Operations and/or Sales
  • \n
  • Heavy-Duty industry knowledge and experience (heavy-duty truck parts and/or heavy-duty service repair)
  • \n
  • Ability to operate power industrial equipment ( forklifts, etc. )
  • \n
