Summary: To coordinate all technical and guest aspects of a live entertainment production

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Work as a member of the area as needed.
  • Demonstrate the ability communicate well, think quickly in pressure situations.
  • Maintain overall stage cleanliness in a safe an efficient manner.
  • Assist Team Members and guests in a problem-solving manner
  • Perform sound checks daily, troubleshoot and do minor maintenance
  • Help the cast daily to maintain top quality shows and performances
  • Ensure all aspects of the stage is prepped and in operation order for each performance.
  • Operate the technical equipment for each show
  • Q-lab, Hog, and Audio Mixing experience is desired.
  • Meet and greet guests in a friendly and positive manner at all times
  • Complete reports, maintenance reports, and training records as necessary
  • Ensure all employees adhere to set schedules, including clocking in/out for shifts and breaks
  • Must adhere to the grooming code
  • Develop appropriate paperwork to run show by opening day of show.
  • Complete other departmental duties as assigned

 

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum Age: 18
  • Shifts are dependent upon Show needs
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License
  • Must be able to stand/walk for the length of the shift
  • Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Must be professional, self-motivated, the ability to multi-task and have an enthusiastic attitude
  • Must have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with others

 

Other Functions : All other duties assigned or necessary to support the park as a whole.
