Job Title: Staffing Recruiter

Pay: $20.00 per hour
The Staffing Recruiter plays a key role in supporting both job seekers and client companies by managing the full recruitment lifecycle. This position requires a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who can balance candidate relationships, client needs, and time-sensitive workforce coordination in a fast-paced, family-run environment.
Recruiting & Placement
Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates in roles aligned with both their skills and client requirements
Build and maintain a candidate pipeline to support ongoing and future staffing needs
Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure quality placements
Workforce Coordination
Track employee hours and contract timelines to ensure accurate rollovers, extensions, or conversions
Monitor attendance and performance concerns and address issues professionally and promptly
Communication & Relationship Management
Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout their assignments
Maintain professional communication with clients regarding staffing needs, expectations, and performance concerns
Support a people-first approach while enforcing company policies and client standards
Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or HR preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism
Comfortable working in a small, family-owned business environment
