Overview : About the Role We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Experience Cloud to design, build, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions for enterprise clients. The candidate will collaborate closely with architects, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-performance, and maintainable Salesforce applications. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Experience Cloud frameworks. Configure and customize Experience Cloud sites including LWR templates, permissions, page layouts, and secure data access. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and integration frameworks. Optimize code performance, ensure adherence to platform best practices, and conduct peer code reviews. Collaborate with Solution Architects and Business Analysts to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Participate in release cycles, deployments, and CI/CD processes to ensure smooth production transitions. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues in Salesforce implementations. Create and maintain technical documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity. Requirements Required Skills & Experience 6–10+ years of total IT experience, with at least 5+ years in Salesforce development. Proven hands-on experience with Experience Cloud (Community / Portal setup, LWR templates, permissions, guest user access). Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs. Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, flows, and automation tools. Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and handling large data volumes. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and working closely with product teams. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications Salesforce certifications such as Experience Cloud Consultant , Administrator , or App Builder . Exposure to DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, GitHub Actions, or Bitbucket pipelines). Experience working in enterprise-scale Salesforce environments.
