Proficiency in creating custom fields, objects, validation rules, reports, and dashboards. Hands-on experience with data migration tools and change set deployments. Stellar communication and training skills to bridge technical solutions with business needs. Salesforce Administrator Certification (additional certifications are a plus!). Preferred Knowledge Familiarity with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and AppExchange tools. Expertise in energy and utility workflows, data models, and Utility Cloud features. Experience with DevOps tools like Copado and advanced Salesforce troubleshooting.
