\n - Analyze project drawings and collaborate with design teams to identify cost-saving opportunities.
\n - Source and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure competitive pricing.
\n - Prepare and present bid proposals in alignment with company standards and client expectations.
\n - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction materials, labor costs, and market trends in Charlotte, NC.
\n - Collaborate with project managers and other departments to refine budgets and schedules.
\n - Provide guidance and support during contract negotiations and project kick-offs.
\n - Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.

A successful Sr. Estimator - Multifamily should have:\n

\n - Effective communication skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
