Sr. Accountant 

Location: Tulsa, OK
Type: Full-Time | On-Site

We’re looking for a sharp, detail-driven, experienced,  Senior Accountant to take ownership of daily financial operations and ensure accurate, timely reporting across multiple business entities. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving problems, and have a strong grasp of general accounting principles, this role is built for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and post journal entries; maintain accurate general ledger balances

• Reconcile daily and monthly transactions

• Handle A/R, A/P, cash receipts, credit memos, and rebates

• Monitor customer accounts and manage collections

• Assist with month-end and year-end close

• Oversee tax compliance activities (sales tax credits, exemption certificates)

• Manage customer setup, credit approvals, and vendor portals

• Track inventory, compile sustainability data, and maintain organized records

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and address inquiries

• Recommend and implement process improvements

What You Bring:

• Strong foundation and experience in general accounting and financial reporting

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Professionalism, discretion, and time management

• Clear, effective communication and customer service skills
  Bachelor's Degree (preferable in accounting)
