JOB NUMBER: NGGJP00016522 REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Top 3 Must-Have SkillsSarbanes-Oxley (SOx) Controls experience (audit, implementation, or operation) Strong User Access & Controls / GRC knowledge Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills JOB DESCRIPTION About the Position Reporting to the Manager of Finance Technology Enablement (Business Operations Systems Support – User Access & Controls), this role is responsible for supporting business User Access & Controls needs and processes. The position will manage day-to-day GRC access request processing, SOx audit activities, and coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in user access management. Key ResponsibilitiesExecute SOx IT General Controls in support of Access Management. Maintain data within GRC and other SAP framework applications. Collaborate with team members to ensure effective execution of IT General Controls across SAP and PowerPlant applications, including user access, segregation of duties (SoD), critical access (CA), and elevated access. Build strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders to enhance understanding of access controls and reviews. Develop expertise in end-to-end processes, User Access risks, and control frameworks. Proactively identify and resolve user access issues. Partner with assurance teams (Risk, Compliance, Controls, Digital Risk & Security, external auditors) to drive alignment across functions. Support continuous process improvement and team collaboration. Travel to multiple company locations may be required. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field. 3+ years of SOx controls experience (audit, implementation, or operations). Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, COUNTIF, SUM, filters, sorting, consolidating large data sets). Proven experience in data analysis with high attention to accuracy and detail. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze business processes and recommend improvements. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Results-driven, solution-oriented mindset. Team-oriented with ability to collaborate across IT and business functions. Experience with Ariba, Identity Access Management, SAP Security, and SAP GRC 10.1 preferred.
