We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Part Time Seasonal Portable Audio Engagement Specialist to join our team!

Our Seasonal Portable Audio Specialist will represent our client, Sony, and their globally ranked line of portable speakers for a special promotional program running this season. Your mission? To create memorable retail interactions, deepen brand loyalty, and turn casual listeners into lifelong Sony audio enthusiasts. In this role, you will serve as a sales expert within an assigned Best Buy location to introduce the Sony brand to customers. You will ensure successful customer interactions through effective engagement tactics, highlighting unique product features, and providing expert advice and purchasing recommendations that fit customs' individual needs. Your energy, knowledge, and passion will help customers make informed choices, ensuring they leave with the perfect Sony product to enrich their lives.

• Experience-Driven Earnings: The wage range for this position is $19.00 to $21.00 per hour commensurate with experience
• Weekend Warrior: 20 hours per week; Friday 2pm - 7pm; Saturday/Sunday 11am-7pm. This program will end 01/04/2026
• W2 employment: Biweekly pay, direct deposit - no fuss!
• Paid training: Master Sony products like a pro!
• Location: Assigned store is the Best Buy located at 1717 Harrison St, San Francisco, CA 94103

• Share your Sony enthusiasm: Delight store associates and customers with dazzling demos to showcase Sony's innovative technology
• Help customers make informed choices: Use effective engagement strategies and expert recommendations on portable audio gear!
• Close sales and achieve weekly sales goals: Proactively overcome customer objections like a sales superhero!
• Educate and train store personnel: Equip them with Sony knowledge so they can share it confidently!
• Post-Shift Reporting: Complete surveys with pictures to communicate feedback

• Sales Savvy: Bring your previous sales experience to the table!
• Energized communicator: Channel your high energy into building strong relationships and demonstrating your passion for audio and music!
• Reliable transportation: You will be commuting to a local Best Buy store
• Availability: Available to work the required Friday through Sunday shift schedule
• Strength and stamina: Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time
• Tech-ready: Your smart device will handle daily reporting duties.
