Position Overview: As a Door-to-Door Canvasser, you'll be the face of our solar energy solutions. Your mission will be to engage homeowners in conversations about the benefits of switching to solar energy. By generating interest, educating potential customers, and securing leads, you'll play a crucial role in driving our sustainable vision forward.
Key Responsibilities: - Knocking on doors and initiating conversations about our solar energy solutions.
- Presenting the advantages of solar energy in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Collecting customer information accurately and scheduling appointments.
- Pitching our solar energy offerings and explaining the benefits.
- Achieving performance-based targets for appointments and lead generation.
- Offering an extra incentive for obtaining light bills before appointments.
- Maintaining professionalism and positive representation of the company.
Compensation: - $15 for each successfully scheduled appointment pitched.
- Additional $10 for obtaining the homeowner's light bill before the appointment.
- Commission of $1500 for each successful sale generated from your appointments.
- This position is contract-based (1099), with no taxes deducted.
NOTE: We believe in recognizing and rewarding exceptional performance. Our compensation structure reflects our commitment to fostering a team of high-achieving individuals who excel based on their own efforts. While there is no base pay, this is because we are actively seeking candidates who are motivated to achieve outstanding results through their personal dedication and skills. With our performance-based approach, the right candidate has the potential to earn uncapped earnings. Each successfully scheduled appointment pitched earns you $15, with an additional $10 for obtaining the homeowner's light bill before the appointment. For every successful sale generated from your appointments, you'll receive a generous commission of $1500. We're dedicated to supporting your growth and success within the company.
