Job Title: Social Media Ad Campaign Manager (NO REMOTE)

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Ad Campaign Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in managing social media advertising campaigns across various platforms. They should be adept at developing and executing strategic ad campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media advertising strategies to meet company objectives and targets.
• Manage all aspects of social media ad campaigns, including campaign setup, targeting, optimization, monitoring, and reporting.
• Conduct thorough audience research and analysis to identify target demographics and segments.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and analytics, to ensure alignment and effectiveness of ad campaigns.
• Monitor ad performance metrics, analyze data, and make data-driven optimizations to maximize ROI and campaign effectiveness.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to leverage new opportunities and innovations in social media advertising.
• Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance, key metrics, and recommendations for improvement.
• Manage ad budgets effectively to ensure efficient allocation and optimization of resources.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media advertising, with a proven track record of managing successful ad campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with social media advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in analyzing campaign data and performance metrics to drive insights and optimizations.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate campaign strategies, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and the ability to develop innovative ad concepts and messaging.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with ad tracking and attribution tools is a plus.
