Essential duties and key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Wort production on a 3-vessel 30 BBL brewhouse
• Strict adherence to production and safety SOPs
• Monitoring fermentation temperature and activity.
• Maintaining accurate brew house records.
• Maintaining brewery cleanliness and organization
• Assist in cellar tasks such as CIP/SIP, beer transfers, dry hopping, etc.
• Milling and malt handling
• Contribute to pilot/R&D brewing program
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail
• Willingness to assist with tasks outside key responsibilities
• Communicate efficiently with team
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Regularly lift up to 55 lbs. and maneuver 165 lbs.
• Comfortable working at heights, in cramped spaces and awkward positions
• Ability to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks and hand trucks
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Experience in handling of hazardous materials
• Willingness to work in a wet, Non-Climate Controlled environment
• Ability to stand, walk and work for extended periods
• Ability to communicate effectively within a team setting
• Ability to work unsupervised as needed
• Reliable transportation to brewery
