Are you a skilled accounting professional looking to take the next step in your career? RMC Resort Management is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to join our growing team onsite in beautiful Hilton Head Island, SC.

What You'll DoAs a Senior Staff Accountant, you'll be a key player in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the financial health of our resort operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing financial statements and supporting schedules
Performing monthly closings and general ledger reconciliations
Managing accounts payable and tracking financial transactions in QuickBooks
Creating and customizing financial reports using Microsoft Excel (Crystal Reports and Power BI knowledge is a PLUS)
Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Analyzing data using advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros)
You'll work closely with our leadership team, providing insights that directly influence our strategic decisions.
What We're Looking ForTo thrive in this role, you should bring:
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
3 years of accounting experience, ideally in a multi-entity or property management environment
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel (advanced)
A keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a customer-first mindset
