We are in search of a Senior SEO Specialist with 3-5+ years of experience to join our team of marketing professionals. As a Senior SEO Specialist, you will work with our team of digital marketing experts to help our clients reach their business goals by: Developing comprehensive SEO strategies that align with client objectives Conducting keyword research and increasing search rankings for high-value search terms Conducting website audits and fixing technical issues Auditing and optimizing existing content Working with the Content team to provide topic recommendations and review new content for optimal SEO value Analyzing data using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and more Implementing measurement strategies through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager Providing SEO recommendations for new website builds and assisting with SEO related tasks for pre- and post-launch processes Identifying UX issues that may negatively impact conversions Building high-quality backlinks Collaborating with Ads, Design, and Development teams to support client needs Attending client meetings to present SEO analysis and recommendations Staying up to date with SEO industry trends, sharing knowledge with team & incorporating valuable findings into account work Working with the SEO Manager to develop and document processes and tools for the SEO team Our ideal candidate has thorough knowledge and experience with the following: Advanced data analysis with Google Analytics Google Search Console Google Tag Manager Looker Studio WordPress, Magento, BigCommerce, Shopify, & other CMS platforms Heatmapping and session recording tools like Clarity, Hotjar, Lucky Orange, or similar Technical SEO Site crawling tools like Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, or similar Keyword research and user intent Content strategy Backlink building Working in an agency environment or working with multiple websites, clients, or departments Salary : $70,000 to $80,000+, depending on experience Benefits at Perrill Aside from on-the-job training and growth opportunities, you'll also experience a plethora of other benefits working at Perrill, including: A fun, team-oriented culture built on positive and winning teamwork Flexible hours and work from home opportunities A modern, state-of-the-art office space designed for both collaboration and individual success Medical, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) with matching Unlimited PTO Professional development opportunities Are you ready to work with exciting brands and apply your SEO skills alongside a team of professional marketers?
