Job Description
Job Title: Senior CRA Job Description As a Senior Clinical Research Associate, you will manage and monitor the progress of clinical studies at investigative sites or remotely. You will ensure clinical trials are conducted, recorded, and reported in accordance with the protocol, standard operating procedures (SOPs), ICH/GCP, and all applicable regulatory requirements.
Hard Skills - Manage and monitor clinical trials independently across multiple studies
- Provide input on clinical study documents such as Protocols, ICFs, Source Documents, and Monitoring Plans
- Initiate, instruct, and close clinical trials at investigative sites
- Identify, resolve, and document study-related issues
- Record site visit activities and verify accuracy of clinical trial data
- Facilitate supply management and ensure clinical sites have necessary supplies
- Assess IP accountability, dispensation, and compliance at investigative sites
- Perform essential document site file reconciliation
- Ensure maintenance of essential documents in TMF
- Serve as main contact for project-specific communications with investigative sites
- Provide regular site status information and updates
- Participate in team meetings and keep project team informed
- Research and learn project indication
- Analyze process workflow and implement operational changes
Soft Skills - Work closely with other clinical team members
- Facilitate timely resolution of trial and/or clinical issues
- Create a fun, rewarding, and collaborative environment
Job Type This is a contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Work Site This is a fully remote position.
