This role involves designing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning. The HVAC Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring optimal performance and efficiency of HVAC systems in commercial properties.
*Responsibilities*
* Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems according to industry standards and regulations.
* Troubleshoot issues with heating and cooling systems to identify problems and implement effective solutions.
* Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and configurations.
* Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal operation and longevity.
* Weld components as necessary for repairs or installations.
* Collaborate with property maintenance teams to address HVAC-related concerns in a timely manner.
* Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.
* Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to HVAC systems.
*Qualifications*
* Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role with a strong background in service technician responsibilities.
* Extensive mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems is essential.
* Proficiency in reading schematics and technical drawings related to HVAC installations.
* Ability to plumb as needed for system installations or repairs is a plus.
* Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in diagnosing issues effectively.
* Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
* Relevant certifications or licenses in HVAC technology are preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
