Works with the teams throughout each Iteration and PI. Participates in the scrum of scrums. Builds a high-performing team. Facilitates team's progress toward goals – The Scrum Master is the team facilitator and continuously engages in challenging the old norms of development to improve performance in the areas of quality, predictability, flow, and velocity. Helps the team focus on creating increments of value each iteration. Leads team efforts in relentless improvement and takes responsibility for their actions; facilitates the team retrospective. Teaches problem-solving techniques and helps the team become better problem-solvers for themselves. Fosters normalized estimating within the team. Removes impediments to the team's progress. Ensures team is following best practices like DOD, Feedback completion within Sprint timeline. Revisits the team Quality Metrics Mid and Sprint end.
