We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated and ambitious individual to join our corporate sales team. Provide logistics support to dedicated customers by delivering excellent customer service during pre and post implementation of programs and initiatives. Work under the coordinated direction of the Customer Supply Chain Team and the Regional Director, Logistics to implement current and future logistical initiatives. Communicate and coordinate logistical requirements with Medline Operations team, respond timely to any changes to initial requirements, and ensure successful implementation of programs and initiatives.

  • In coordination with Regional Director, Sales Logistics recommend and deliver a value-added logistic solution to simplify or resolve any supply chain issues.
  • As directed by Regional Director, gather, analyze and create detailed analytics for ongoing programs and initiatives and communicate/present to the customer.
  • Act as a resource to assigned distribution center to successfully implement and execute customer program initiatives
  • Troubleshoot and recommend solutions to resolve identified issues to ensure excellent and timely solutions are implemented or delivered to customer.
  • Provide logistical solutions by determining enhancements and alternatives for both internal and external distribution through onsite consultation and prepare business reviews and studies.
  • Network with internal employees/sites to share best practice solutions, creation of lean solutions, and implement relevant and necessary policies/procedures.
  • Provide suggested enhancements and alternatives for both internal and external distribution. 
  • Be proactive in collaboration with appropriate area sales teams and management to ensure continuity of customer relationship.

Qualification:

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree

Relevant Work Experience: 

  • Healthcare Integrated Delivery Network, or Operational / Distribution Center experience.

  • Ability to manage and analyze large Excel data files, intermediate skill level in Microsoft PowerPoint. 

    Knowledge of Microsoft VISIO and Microsoft Map Point a plus. Knowledge of Access database a plus. 

    Experience with analytics a plus.
  • LEAN-Green belt is a plus

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$50,960.00 - $71,240.00 Annual

This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.

Our benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average.
