Responsible for performing maintenance and installation of oilfield equipment on location. Roustabout duties include building tank batteries wellhead tie-ins, building fences, changing out heaters, cleaning locations, and transporting oilfield equipment. Must be knowledgeable in heaters, separators, general oilfield maintenance, troubleshooting of horizontal batteries, and repair of line leaks. Must have a valid driver’s license, have an acceptable driving record, and be able to pass a drug test. Consistent Attendance – Employees are expected to maintain reliable attendance by planning ahead for time off, arriving on time, and ensuring consistent availability. Doing so helps create a smooth and productive work environment at Warrior Technologies. Professional Appearance – Employees are expected to maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance, representing Warrior Technologies at the highest standard for their role. Communication – Employees are expected to communicate respectfully and professionally in all interactions, whether verbal, written, or electronic, to foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Paperwork – Employees are responsible for completing all required paperwork promptly, including new hire documents, benefits forms, work orders, and safety paperwork, to ensure efficiency and compliance. Timekeeping – Employees are responsible for accurately tracking their time by clocking in and out and entering ticket numbers into their timesheets. If a punch is missed, they must promptly notify their supervisor to ensure accurate records. Integrity in timekeeping is essential, and adherence to company policies is expected. Safety Expectations Zero Tolerance Workplace – Warrior Technologies maintains a Zero Tolerance policy to ensure a safe and productive work environment. Employees are expected to comply with all drug and alcohol policies, as a positive test result will lead to immediate termination. Safe Driving – Employees are expected to practice safe and responsible driving at all times while representing Warrior Technologies, prioritizing safety for themselves, their passengers, and the public. Safety Training – Employees are responsible for completing all required safety training in a timely manner to maintain a safe and compliant workplace. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) – Employees must wear all issued personal protective equipment (PPE) as required by their tasks and customer requirements to ensure safety in the workplace. Accident Reporting – Employees are responsible for immediately reporting all accidents, incidents, and near-misses to their supervisor to ensure prompt action and a safe work environment. Position Specific Expectations Qualifications Hold a valid driver’s license CDL not required. Two (2) years of experience in the roustabout trade, and one (1) year of supervisory experience highly preferred but not required. Ability to think critically and strategically. High level of communication skills (Verbal, written, and electronic). Ability to lift a min of 50 lbs. Must be willing to work overtime. Must be willing to work rotating weekends.
