Immediate Hire - Full Time or Part Time - Hybrid - Entry Level

The Starter Group Inc  is a current leader in the growing Pennsylvania telecommunications and energy markets. We're constantly brining new digital and event products to market.

Important: THIS POSITION IS A HYBRID mix between remote work via Zoom and on-site work in our retail locations.

CANDIDATE MUST BE ABLE TO WORK BOTH REMOTE AND ON-SITE 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR A RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE :

• Assist customers with inquiries related to a company's products and services

• Customer service sales associates maintain adequate company and product knowledge to provide proficient service

• Represent our company in a professional manner when working with businesses

• Work with our business customers one-on-one and in-person discussing our current products and services

• Thinking outside the box and finding new ways to address our customer’s issues and needs

• Providing a pleasant and fun customer experience

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior customer service experience is preferred

• We are willing to train

• Able to work in a fast paced environment

• Willingness to train and learn

• Communication skills

• A “can-do” attitude
