We're committed to our community and seek a leader who shares our enthusiasm for hospitality, innovation, and excellence.

Job Overview

We're seeking a dynamic, hands-on Restaurant General Manager to lead our operations and drive success in our restaurant and brewery concept. This role involves close collaboration with the owner to oversee all aspects of daily operations, staff management, and sales growth. If you're a proactive leader with a love for the industry, this is your opportunity to make a real impact in a fun, beer-loving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and operational excellence through strategic planning, efficient processes, and high standards of service.
  • Oversee all staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management to foster a motivated and cohesive team.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including inventory, vendor relations, compliance with health and safety regulations, and quality control for both restaurant and brewery functions.
  • Work closely with the owner on budgeting, menu development, marketing initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Ensure an outstanding guest experience by maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and addressing feedback promptly.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in a restaurant, brewery, or hospitality setting.
  • Strong hands-on approach with expertise in sales driving, operations management, and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for craft beer, local culture, and creating memorable experiences for guests and team members.
  • Availability for some evenings past the dinner rush (no closing shifts required).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive base salary of $85,000 - $90,000 annually.
  • Potential equity opportunities for the right candidate.
  • Additional perks including employee discounts, team events, and a supportive work culture.
