As a Security Shift Supervisor – Response, your role will vary depending on the day and special event You will Supervise a shift of Security Officers Whether it’s customer service, patrols, or surveillance, we need you to adapt with agility and precision.

• Site Location: North Randall, Ohio
• Set schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 3rd shift, 11:30pm to 7:30am.
• Competitive hourly wage of $20.65 / Hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Responsibilities for Response Security Guard:

• Monitor the premises to ensure security
• Supervise Security Officers on a specific shift.
• Help Manager with daily duties.
• Making sure Clients needs are meet Daily.
• Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications for Response Security Guard:

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• SECURITY SUPERVISOR EXPERIENCE.
• YOU MUST BE 21 Y.O.A. OR OLDER
• YOU MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
