Assistant Project Manager


gpac has partnered with a custom home builder doing ground up and renovation projects! The Assistant Project Manager will assist with any tasks assigned to them by the Project Manger. The name of the game. Help the company receive more projects by finishing projects on time and in budget... get more money and possibly get promoted.


Requirements/Responsibilities:

• 2+ years of experience in construction
• Assisting the Project Manager on the job site, framing, cleaning, trenching, excavating, and other odd jobs necessary on jobsite
• Will need your own transportation since you may be traveling to multiple job sites in a day
• Someone who can lead, supervise, and schedule other laborers
• Familiarity with construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
