We are an internet health & wellness company. Our products include a wide variety of pure essential oils, diffusers, and jewelry. We are looking for customer service agents to join our team as we continue to grow. We are looking for someone who values the true essence of teamwork, honesty, and loyalty.

Start Date ASAP

Open Shifts: Sunday-Saturday, Weekends required

Operating Hours: 9am-6pm PST

Job Type: Full-time temp to hire

Location: Remote

Pay Rate: $15/hr

Responsibilities included but are not limited to:

• Answering email & phone inquiries using Gorgias platform
• Using the e-commerce platform Shopify to solve issues related to billing, account information, placing/editing orders
• Having a good understanding of company policies related to frequently asked questions
• Keeping up with current advertisements, offers, promotions and sales as they will change frequently
• Having open/clear communication with your team
• Following procedures & policies accurately while being mindful of possible changes
• Be able to independently use resources, information provided to you to troubleshoot customer issues

Requirements:

• 1+ years of customer service experience in the E-commerce space (working for a company that sells their products online)
• Reliable internet access and computer
• Ability adapt to technology as our programs/procedures will change over time
• Ability to carry yourself professionally and be solution oriented
• Ability to independently solve issues using available resources
• A working environment free of distractions

If you are considered for the position, you will have 2-3 weeks paid training working hands-on with a team member. You will be educated on all aspects of our service, policies, and procedures. If we are a great fit for each other then we would love for you to stay!
