Job Details
Currently, we are looking for someone living in Southern California who can commute on-site for a week or two and then continue on a fully remote basis. If this sounds like a good arrangement for you, we would love to speak with you right away!

Responsibilities
As part of our Litigation team, you will manage and litigate exciting cases from inception to resolution, with supervision as needed
Responsibilities include crafting case strategies, taking and defending depositions, drafting substantive motions, collaborating with staff and investigators on discovery and fact-finding, and pursuing resolutions through motions for summary judgment, mediation, or trial
Your caseload will encompass various practice areas, including civil rights, employment, tort, and other actions
