Salary: $130,000 - $200,000 per year

Job Details Currently, we are looking for someone living in Southern California who can commute on-site for a week or two and then continue on a fully remote basis. If this sounds like a good arrangement for you, we would love to speak with you right away!

Responsibilities
- As part of our Litigation team, you will manage and litigate exciting cases from inception to resolution, with supervision as needed
- Responsibilities include crafting case strategies, taking and defending depositions, drafting substantive motions, collaborating with staff and investigators on discovery and fact-finding, and pursuing resolutions through motions for summary judgment, mediation, or trial
- Your caseload will encompass various practice areas, including civil rights, employment, tort, and other actions
