Job Title: Recruiter
Length: Through EOY (possible for extension)
Location: San Antonio, TX (onsite)
Responsibilities: - Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the company.
- Job Postings: Create and manage job postings on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
- Networking: Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and relationship-building.
- Reporting: Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications: - Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in [your industry].
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
