High Performance Real Estate Advisors (HPREA) is looking for a top-notch Transaction Coordinator to join our growing team of real estate professionals. The Transaction Coordinator is responsible for managing positive relationships with both our agents and the clients and ultimately getting properties from "under-contract" to the closing table. This position requires a well-organized, service-minded individual with good interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of the real estate transaction process from processing sales in our database to auditing and maintaining the related transactions file
• Negotiate repairs on all contracts
  
• Verify and sign off on all documents received for correct signatures and dates
• Give clients and agents excellent follow up service
• Exceed the expectations of the agent in the various functions mentioned above
• Keep agents, clients and service providers fully informed with progress and potential issues from contract to closing
• Take pride in helping clients achieve their real estate goals

Qualifications

• A valid NC and SC Real Estate License is required for this job
• Possesses superior communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Is trustworthy, responsible and punctual
  
• Experience and knowledge of MLS is extremely helpful
• Responds well to challenges and change and keeps calm in all situations
• Accurate and attentive to detail
• Experience in residential Real Estate Transaction Coordination required
• Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision
  
• Is an active and focused listener
