Required Education and Experience: Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology and hold an active ARRT and State License.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications: Current CPR certification.
Essential Functions
Performs therapeutic and diagnostic procedures within his/her scope of practice as directed by the physician.
Assists the physician in the treatment and evaluation of patients, and writes progress notes daily.
Consults with physicians regarding patient problems that are not routine and/or emergencies.
Performs clinic procedures under protocols and direction of physician.
Acts as liaison between physicians, patient’s family, nurses and referring physicians regarding every aspect of the patient’s treatment.
Properly handles medical records and information by maintain confidentiality of all patient and clinic documents and materials
