Associate Attorney – Niche Legal Opportunity with No Billable Hours Required

We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with 0–3 years of experience to join our team in Longview, TX . This role focuses on ad valorem tax collection and involves working closely with local governments and stakeholders to ensure fair, efficient, and legally sound processes.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage a portfolio of delinquent property tax cases
• Negotiate resolutions and represent municipal clients in court
• Provide legal guidance to support compliance and tax recovery efforts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and the community

Who You Are:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in Texas (or planning to sit for the bar)
• 0–3 years of legal experience (recent graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Passionate about making a positive impact in the community
