We seek an experienced Project Manager to lead the logistics, procurement, and overall project management efforts for a $400M factory buildout in Jefferson City, MO. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong PMO background, who can effectively coordinate with internal teams and manage the purchasing of equipment, sourcing, and logistics for the new facility. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale projects and a deep understanding of the nuances involved in factory construction.

Job Description

Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage the PMO for the factory buildout project, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Oversee logistics and purchasing activities, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and risk management strategies.
• Work closely with the engineering team to align project goals with business objectives.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management, highlighting project progress and addressing any potential issues.
• Ensure on-site presence in Jefferson City for a minimum of 3 days per week, with a preference for 5 days per week.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned and executed seamlessly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on logistics, sourcing, and purchasing.
• Strong PMO skills with a proven ability to manage large-scale projects.
• Experience in the CPG/FMCG industry is highly desirable.
• Ability to work on-site in Jefferson City, MO, for a minimum of 3 days per week.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
