1.Copying, scanning and storing documents from Client, JEREH and Subcontractor
2.Checking for accuracy and editing files
3.Collect, register, reviewing and updating documents including transmittal, log sheet, MDR
4.follow up documents shared with Client, Jereh Internal team and subcontractor
5.Distribute project-related copies to internal teams, client and Subcontractor after getting approval from Jereh concern discipline manager
6.Control and file up documents in physical and digital records
7.Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement
8.Print and distribute documents as needed
9.Digitize hard copy documents and file them in the appropriate electronic systems so they're easily accessible to appropriate groups, regardless of their location.
10.Perform quality checks on incoming documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established standards and guidelines.
11.Oversee the day-to-day management of electronic documents, including the creation, naming, distribution, tracking, and filing of project documents.
12.Maintaining the security of confidential documents.
