JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Onboards to company's systems and performs the basic and critical experimental work of day-to-day applied research. Work is predominantly execution/procedural oriented, e.g., in a lab, in a plant or pilot plant (internal or external), at a clinical site, with consumers, and/or on a computer. Assembles of samples/ prototypes, runs lab test routines, creates and updates specs based on standard information, executes changes of simple technical solutions. Submits products for analytical testing. Utilizes Systems: SMART, Desktop Reporter, and GAIMS. Support the product team to refine and prioritize the product backlog. Conduct customer and market research and document findings analytically.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Technical rigor to produce, review and document technical and consumer data points Execute with excellence - on time and quality unless conditions that may impact outcome are aligned with supervisor Experience in R&D processes for testing and documenting results. Experience with placement and execution of technical testing and consumer testing Possesses basic understanding of small and large scale, qualitative and quantitative consumer tests as well as standard technical tests following SOPs.
