Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Product Integrity Engineer with 8+ years of experience in apparel quality, production, or product development . The ideal candidate will have strong project management , manufacturing partner collaboration , and data-driven decision-making skills. Knowledge of apparel construction is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of apparel quality engineers to align with business objectives.
• Oversee non-conformance investigations and implement Apparel Product Integrity procedures .
• Deliver quantitative and qualitative feedback to stakeholders for quality improvements .
• Develop metrics, KPIs, dashboards, and reports for actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams , including product, design, manufacturing, and marketplace operations.
• Drive issue management strategy , root cause analysis, and corrective action plans .
• Support continuous improvement and uphold quality standards across the supply chain.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field .
• 8+ years of experience in apparel quality, production, or product development .
• Experience with international manufacturing partners .
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Smartsheets, JIRA, or Asana .
• Knowledge of apparel construction .

Preferred Skills:

• Six Sigma or Lean certification.
• PMP, CSEP, or Supply Chain certifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication , adaptability , and continuous improvement mindset .
