What You'll DoWe are looking for an experienced consumer Product Designer to lead the design for Boundless's family immigration products as we expand to help millions of immigrants around the world. You will be responsible for creating intuitive designs that simplify complex immigration processes. You'll work directly with executive leadership, product management, and engineering to develop a product roadmap that expands the platform's user experience, capabilities, and reach. Beyond project work, you'll help further the design culture at Boundless as one of the earliest design leaders.

Seattle — the Seattle team is in-office together at least two days per week
CompensationCompensation for this role includes both cash and equity. The starting base salary for this position is typically $112,000-$161,000. Total compensation offered for this role will be dependent on the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills and abilities as demonstrated in the interview and hiring process. Additionally, Boundless offers its U.S. full-time employees benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401K match, life and AD&D insurance, short-term disability insurance, and commuter benefits.
