Product Design Intern - Summer 2025 *Note: this is a hybrid position in our Omaha, NE office. Job Description Workshop is looking for a creative, driven design student eager to join our fast-growing SaaS company for the summer of 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on the design of a product that helps companies communicate better with their employees. As a Product Design Intern , you'll work alongside our talented design and engineering teams to create meaningful experiences for our customers. You'll gain hands-on experience across the design process, including research, wireframing, prototyping, and delivering high-fidelity designs that bring ideas to life. We'll empower you to work on real projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute ideas that shape the future of our platform. As a Product Design Intern, you will: Work with designers, engineers, and product managers to craft user-centered features and experiences for our app. Work on meaningful projects that directly impact our customers and business. Explore all stages of the design process, from research to wireframes to high-fidelity mockups. Receive mentorship to grow your design skills and understanding of product design best practices. Participate in design critiques and iterate based on feedback to deliver polished solutions. To be successful at this position, you'll need to: Experience with tools like Figma or Adobe XD and a foundational understanding of design principles (visual hierarchy, typography, accessibility, etc.). Be ready to do big things and have the drive and passion to learn more. Demonstrate a curiosity for solving user problems with thoughtful and intuitive design solutions.
