About Us: Soleutions is an exciting startup dedicated to transforming podiatric practices through our membership community, online courses and events. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Podiatric Success Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting our membership outreach efforts, managing our user experience, and coordinating events.

This is a HYBRID role where most work will be done remote but we will have some in person days in Brentwood, TN.

Your Role: As the Podiatric Success Manager, you’ll wear many hats, balancing administrative tasks, customer support and direct outreach to podiatrists and their office managers. You’ll play a critical role in expanding our membership base, ensuring our members have the tools they need to succeed, and coordinating exciting events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with inbound leads and have discovery calls with potential members.
• Reach out to podiatrists and podiatric office managers to build product awareness.
• Guide podiatrists through membership site and course modules to ensure seamless access.
• Coordinate schedules and webinar materials with our podiatric coaches.
• Maintain open lines of communication with our industry partners to keep sponsored ad materials up to date.
• Assist members with website navigation and enhance user experience.
• Plan and organize events, including tradeshows and annual meetings.
• Coordinate travel logistics and presentation materials for training sessions.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in outreach, relationship management, or a related field.
• Must be comfortable talking with doctors, medical offices and medical office managers.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools is required.
• Must have minimum 2 years experience in the healthcare and podiatry industry experience is preferred but not required.
