We are seeking meticulous, high-energy individuals to join our operations team in the Melville area. If you take pride in accuracy and understand that a perfectly picked and packed order creates a loyal customer, we want you! What We Need in a Hero (Qualifications)

• Experience: Previous experience in a picking, packing, or warehouse environment is highly preferred.
• Unwavering Focus: Exceptional attention to detail is non-negotiable. You must be able to spot minor errors before they become major customer issues.
• Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift packages up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.

salary: $16.5 - $18 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

I. The Picking Phase (Accuracy is Everything)

• Order Fulfillment: Interpret digital or paper order sheets to locate and retrieve the correct products from designated warehouse locations.
• Verification: Utilize RF scanners or inventory systems to meticulously verify the item's SKU, quantity, and condition to ensure 100% accuracy.
• Organization: Transfer picked items safely and efficiently to the designated packing station or staging area.

II. The Packing Phase (Presentation & Protection)

• Damage Prevention: Select appropriate packaging materials (boxes, bubble wrap, dunnage) to ensure products are secure and protected against transit damage.
• Documentation: Include required documentation (packing slips, invoices, labels) and apply shipping labels accurately.
• Staging: Prepare the final package for shipment and stage it neatly for carrier pickup.
