ACES HOME HEALTH AND REHAB CLINIC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Physical Therapy Aide. As a Physical Therapy Aide, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the treatment and care of our patients. Responsibilities:

Assist the physical therapy team in providing treatment to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Schedule patient appointments, managing calendars, and ensuring smooth patient flow.
Verify insurance coverage and process necessary paperwork.
Navigate and maintain electronic medical records system with attention to detail.
Handle faxing, scanning, and emailing of important documents.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in treatment areas and common spaces.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a healthcare setting or as a physical therapy aide is preferred, but not required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient computer skills with experience in using electronic medical records systems.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Willingness to contribute to light cleaning duties to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.
Knowledge of basic anatomy and physiology.

Position Details:

Part-time position, approximately 20-25 hours per week.
Pay range: $16 to $22 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
