The Role

Were looking for enthusiastic, high-quality trainers to coach team-based, high-intensity functional training . As an F45 trainer, youll motivate, guide, and inspire members while delivering world-class workouts in a fast-paced, fun environment.

What Youll Do

• Coach, lead, and energize members through structured F45 workouts

• Build real connections with members through goal-oriented consultations
  
  
• Provide expert instruction, ensuring safe and effective form

• Deliver regressions/progressions so every member succeeds

• Support studio growth: membership sales, retention, and community engagement

• Take on light desk duties and assist with daily studio operations

• Keep the studio in top shape: set up, break down, and maintain equipment

• Bring the energy always!

What Were Looking For

• A positive spark with a growth mindset and team-first attitude

• Group or personal training experience (or the drive to prove you belong!)

• Comfortable leading and motivating groups in a high-energy setting

• Strong communication skills; confident speaking in front of a crowd

• Energetic, approachable, and attentive to detail

• Available mornings, evenings, and/or weekends

• Social media savvy (Instagram, Facebook) is a plus

• Passion for functional movement, HIIT, and heart-rate-based training

Certifications

• Current nationally accredited fitness certification preferred (NASM, ACE, ACSM, AFAA, ISSA, etc.)

• CPR/First Aid/AED certification required
