About Us:
The Gym by FitByAlex is a results-driven training studio that helps women 40+ rebuild confidence, strength, and health through short-burst strength training, hormone-optimized nutrition, and sustainable habits.
We’re now expanding our team and offering a Personal Trainer's Assistant Internship for individuals who are passionate about fitness, personal growth, and helping others transform their lives.
About the Role:
This 12-week internship is designed to teach you the foundations of training, coaching, and client transformation. You’ll gain hands-on experience assisting with workouts, observing client sessions, and learning what it takes to be a successful personal trainer and coach.
The internship role is $9 per hour , if you are not certified. If you are certified the internship role will pay $12 per hour . No experience necessary.
At the end of the program, you’ll have the opportunity to become a certified personal trainer (we’ll cover your certification) and continue working with our team at $17–$20 per hour .

Requirements:
Passion for health, fitness, and helping others
Reliable, flexible, and coachable
Strong communication skills
Some fitness or active background (athlete, sports, gym experience, etc.)
Must be available 10–15 hours per week (schedule flexible)
