You’ll play a vital part in maintaining strong communication, smooth operations, and engaging brand presence across platforms, all while working remotely and collaborating with a mission-driven team across education, events and entertainment. Key Responsibilities Monitor Info Email: Stay on top of incoming messages, inquiries, and follow-ups to ensure timely and professional responses. Social Media Support: Post videos and updates to brand social media channels, maintaining consistent tone, quality, and scheduling. Newsletter Management: Upload and publish newsletters, ensuring formatting, links, and visuals are on point before sending. Invoicing: Send invoices and track payments, keeping accurate records for all brands. Personal Support: Occasionally supporting personal errands while I am out of town traveling for business. What We’re Looking For Proven organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok preferred). Basic familiarity with newsletter platforms (SquareSpace). Strong written communication and time‑management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
