Personal Assistant – Distinguished Family

A distinguished family is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to perform the necessary administrative and personal tasks to support their busy day-to-day. This person should be fluent in NYC hotspots (restaurants, culture, art) and can provide recommendations as needed.

$85-120k base + benefits

Hours : 8am/9am – 6pm ET with flexibility. Full time working out of family residence and potentially corporate office.

Responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

• Heavy calendar management and scheduling, being proactive in anticipating conflict and providing appropriate solutions.
• Travel logistics, booking flights, hotels, creating itineraries and ensuring all travel logistics are prepared and handled proactively
• Household coordination with staff, acting as a liaison between chef, drivers, house managers, nanny, etc., and coordinating schedules, deliveries, maintenance, etc.
• Screening calls and emails while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
• Handling errands, gift purchases, booking reservations, appointments.
• Handling budgeting and expenses for the household.

Requirements:

• At least 3+ years of Personal Assistant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Available to travel with the family every so often (PLUS)
• High attention to detail while remaining calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills with the upmost discretion.
• Adaptable mindset, being ready to change priorities as needed.
