Qualifications:

• Must be proficient as painting efficiently and effectively.
• Must be able to engage with senior citizens and work cooperatively in a team environment.

What You'll Do:

• Routine interior and exterior painting in apartments and around community.
• Inspect and prepare all apartments for rent ready status as per company policy before new residents move into the community.
• Assist maintenance team with work orders and other building maintenance.
• Participate in all required training, orientation, meetings, and programs required by employer.
• Perform other duties as set by the company of Executive Director; completing all assigned duties which may change from time to time according to the resident needs, staffing levels, and working conditions.
