Recovered Paint and Restoration LLC is a family-owned and operated company serving residential and commercial clients throughout the SE Charlotte area. We pride ourselves on quality craftsmanship, reliability, and creating beautiful, lasting results for our customers. We are growing and looking to add a skilled, professional Painter to our team.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Painter with skills in both painting and light carpentry. The ideal candidate is punctual, has excellent communication skills, and takes professional pride in their work. This role involves everything from thorough preparation and drywall repair to applying fine finishes and installing trim.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare all interior and exterior surfaces for painting, including scraping, sanding, caulking, and filling holes.
Perform drywall repairs and replacement as needed.
Protect all surfaces (floors, furniture, fixtures) using drop cloths, tape, paper, and painter's plastic.
Apply paint, stain, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and airless sprayers with precision and skill.
Install finish carpentry, including trim, baseboards, and crown molding.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
Clean all equipment and tools thoroughly at the end of each day.
Communicate professionally with clients and team members.
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven professional painting experience (both residential and commercial).
Must have experience with airless paint sprayers.
Must have experience in drywall patching and repair.
Must have experience installing trim, baseboard, and crown molding.
Must have a valid NC Driver's License and reliable transportation.
Must be punctual, with a strong work ethic and high attention to detail.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team after an initial 30-60 day supervised period.
Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift 50+ lbs, and work comfortably on ladders.
