We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with residential, commercial, or industrial painting projects, and take pride in delivering high-quality finishes. You will be responsible for surface preparation, application of paint, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting (cleaning, sanding, filling cracks, and priming).

• Apply paints, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.

• Match colors and ensure uniform application across surfaces.

• Protect surrounding areas with drop cloths and tape.

• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.

• Follow safety procedures and guidelines on site.

• Work with clients and team members to meet project timelines and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a painter (interior and/or exterior) (Most important)

• Knowledge of painting materials, techniques, and tools.

• Ability to handle side tasks such as mudding, drywall repair, caulking, baseboard installation 

• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.

• Good communication, teamwork skills and open to learn.

• Physical stamina and dexterity.

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Valid driver’s license and must commute his/herself
