Immediate openings for LMSW/LGPC therapists. Start within a week, pending background check. Guaranteed pay for the initial 8 weeks as you ramp your caseload. Active patient waiting list waiting to be assigned to therapist. Provide Clinical supervision by VA state-licensed LCSW-C and LPC at no cost to you. Ability to provide different types of therapy (individual, group, play, etc). Wide variety of patients for exposure to new clinical experiences. Opportunities for individual, family, and group therapy services as well as Telehealth. Responsibilities and Duties: Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy. Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week. Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community. Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals. Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed. Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training. Other meaningful and important responsibilities as needed. Required Qualifications and Skills: Master’s degree in social work or one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university. Licensed mental health professional in the state of Maryland. Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes. Preferred Qualifications and Skills: Creative and innovative approaches to mental health. Experience with children, adolescents, and teens. Experience with couples and families.
