Overview:

Onin Staffing is Hiring Order Selectors – Piggly Wiggly Warehouse (Bessemer, 2nd Shift)

Onin Staffing is currently seeking dedicated Order Selectors for the Piggly Wiggly Warehouse in Bessemer. This 2nd shift position requires candidates who can meet demanding physical and production standards.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to lift and stack up to 80+ lbs.
• Capable of handling up to 1,500 cases per shift.
• Must be available to work nights and weekends (including Sundays).
• Ability to meet established weekly production standards.
• Willingness to work in various warehouse environments, including perishable/freezer areas with very cold temperatures or grocery sections without heating or cooling.
• Overtime may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manually pull and process requested cases.
• Stack cases on pallets for transport.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure efficient warehouse operations.

Skills and Experience:

Work Experience:

- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks

- Experience in meeting production goals

- Background in working in environments with varying temperatures

- Demonstrated success in fast-paced work settings
- Must have 2 years of warehouse experience
