As an Operations Manager at Mead O'Brien, you will play a crucial role in promoting our corporate culture, mission, and vision. Reporting directly to the President, you will oversee internal operations and technology functions to ensure operational efficiency, exceptional customer service, and asset optimization.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Streamline CRM, Quote, and Order entry processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Develop and implement workflow improvements for customer inquiries and order fulfillment.
  • Monitor and report on open Quotes, Orders, and internal operations performance.
  • Manage and optimize computer hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Collaborate with external service providers for IT support and communications.
  • Train users on security measures and technology utilization.
  • Contribute to technology strategy and investment decisions.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of company policies, product lines, and marketplace.
  • Travel as necessary to support business operations.
  • Manage personnel, ensuring adherence to company policies and fostering professional development.
  • Resolve technical issues in coordination with relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Minimum bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or technology preferred.

- Strong experience in engineered sales and project management.

- Positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and self-motivation.

- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.

- Previous management experience preferred.

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
