Title: Office Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

- Answering and redirecting phone calls promptly, with professionalism and confidence
-Responding to emails, correspondence professionally and promptly
-Interact with clients in a courteous and respectful manner at all times, whether in person, via telephone, or email.
- Enter and process web orders in a timely manner
- Complete large orders and custom orders precisely, and maintain updates on those orders.
- Must be able to prepare documents for use by other employees including upper-level management.

-Utilize organization skills to maintain documents and have them readily available to access.
- Strong proficiency in QBO (Reconciliation, Invoices, Refunds, and program
resolutions) is preferred.
-Manage accounts, organization of those accounts, and routinely check active accounts for any necessary changes or updates.
- Must demonstrate proficiency in using Microsoft word to type documents, and proficiency in Microsoft excel.
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
-Maintain a clean orderly work environment.
- Manage office supplies.
-Facilitate communication with Leads in manufacturing areas pertaining to
orders.
-Assist the Shipping Division with packing and processing orders as needed
(UPS, USPS, and FedEx)-
Research programs to streamline processing and ensure continuous efficiency.

Requirements of employee for consideration of hiring:

- Proficient in Quick Books Online, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.


- Approaches each work day with an encouraging, positive, and professional disposition.


- Must have the desire to perform the job with self-motivation and drive.


- Punctuality is one of the most important things Liberty Artworks requires in an employee. An office administration job is one of the main things that drives the company. You are the one directly interacting with our clients. We cannot make a product and sell it, if we do not have a client and order to do so. If you are not on time, and cannot get up and show up consistently, or have a poor attendance record at a previous job, please do not apply to this position.


-Ability to stand, sit, walk, climb stairs, bend, and rotate for up to 8 hours without difficulty. Also needs the ability to lift or push 50 pounds. However, we are an equal opportunity employer.
