Job Description
As an Overnight Stocker at Walmart, you’ll help keep the store fully stocked, clean, and organized for customers each morning. You’ll be responsible for unloading merchandise, stocking shelves, organizing backroom inventory, and ensuring all products are accurately labeled and available for customers. This position requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:Unload trucks and move merchandise to sales floors or storage areas.
Stock shelves, racks, and displays neatly and efficiently according to Walmart standards.
Ensure correct labeling, pricing, and rotation of products (FIFO method).
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area throughout the shift.
Assist with inventory counts and reporting when required.
Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, and handheld scanners safely.
Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and department guidelines.
Provide excellent service when assisting customers who may be shopping overnight.
Fast-paced, physically active setting.
Work involves handling various merchandise and occasional heavy lifting.
Team-oriented atmosphere with minimal supervision during overnight hours.
